EDITOR’S NOTE
Happy Sunday. While the influencers have been traipsing through the desert this weekend at Coachella, I’ve been home doing what I do best: scrolling on the couch in sweats. My best finds, so far?
These limited edition “country chic” Barbour x Crocs boots, which are perfect for muddy mornings in the dog park and surprisingly cute. (I can’t say the same for these obscenely chonky, Polly Pocket-looking platform Crocs.)
This genius “high-angle” photobooth, created by two recent college grads (give them the Nobel Prize in…something).
New York’s most beloved mascot got a chic new manicure (props to the social media manager who came up with this caption).
The adorable nepo golf babies who showed up to the Masters and understandably stole the show (two words: caddie suits.)
This delightful video of Geri Halliwell gassing up Kelly Clarkson. (Posh was always my favorite Spice Girl, but after watching this, I might have to reconsider.)

💼 Is Pam Beesly from The Office Gen Z’s new style icon? It sure looks that way.
😬 We regret to inform you that everyone knows you’re using AI — and this is the tell, apparently.
🤔 Once a symbol of gym-class trauma, capri leggings are now “spring’s most unexpected style MVPs.” Make it make sense.
👑 Watch out, Leslie Bibb Bob — the “princess bob” is coming for your crown, inspired by a certain royal family member. No, not Princess Diana.
👀 File this under Sentences We Hoped (OK, Prayed) We’d Never Have to Say: Belly button piercings are back. This time, with a “quiet luxury” rebrand.

We fear that even the world’s strongest hair of the dog wouldn’t be enough to kick The White Lotus hangover we’ve endured this past week. Never before in the history of television — or, at least, that we can remember — has a show dominated the discourse so powerfully after it ended. The most distressing headline? The rumored feud between Walton Goggins and Aimee Lou Wood. The “evidence,” according to internet sleuths, is that they supposedly no longer follow each other on Instagram — despite following other cast members. And they didn’t tag each other in their tribute posts (see: Goggins’s epic diary entry — sorry, 12-slide montage). Though we should mention that they have spoken positively about each other in recent interviews, and Wood said she was “sad” Goggins didn’t attend the season-finale watch party (his reason was Rick-coded). So, could this be what the show’s Pot-Stirrer-in-Chief was alluding to when he said there were “friendships that were lost” on set? Or, was he referring to the now public feud between ooh-loo-loo-loos mastermind Cristóbal Tapia de Veer and showrunner Mike White (who responded to the composer’s accusations with some…choice words)?
Who knows, but the beefs weren’t the only White Lotus stories that had us raising our eyebrows. Some of the other surprising things we learned: Carrie Coon actually lost money while filming (don’t worry, she’ll be fine), White apparently had to fight HBO execs to cast Wood (the audacity), Leslie Bibb said the trio improvised this moment from their final dinner, Michelle Monaghan went to great lengths to stay part of the blonde blob (we respect the commitment), and Patrick Schwarzenegger’s fiancée had a hilarious reaction to that scene (you know exactly which one we’re referring to). And, speaking of scenes, there were a shocking number that got scrapped — including an extremely honest convo between Piper and Lochlan (incest was discussed) and a very unexpected hookup between Piper and another guest. As for what revelations this week will bring? TBD. But we’re ready to check out now.

Hello, 911? We’d like to report that the internet is collectively unwell — and The Pitt is to blame. Specifically, Dr. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch (Noah Wyle), the scruffy, stressed-out chief attending of a fictional Pittsburgh emergency room — who, thanks to his signature hoodie and stethoscope (occasionally paired with shockingly hot little glasses), soulful eyes, and all-around Good Guy vibes, has everyone from your mom to actual doctors in a chokehold. Or, as one person put it: “I want to be gentle-parented by Dr. Robby for 15 more seasons.” Of course, the, shall we say, affection shouldn’t come as a surprise given Wyle’s resume. For those who don’t consider Wyle to be a foundational crush, some background: The actor skyrocketed to fame playing baby-faced Dr. John Carter on ER — earning five Emmy nods, three Golden Globe nominations, and a spot on People’s list of most beautiful people in 2001. Plus, he’s an avid reader (he’s rumored to have started a lending library on The Pitt’s set), sometimes misdiagnoses his kids (with more than a decade of faux medical experience, who can blame him), and refuses to dance in public due to trauma from a 1984 bar mitzvah (relatable). Oh, and for those struggling to fill the Dr. Robby-shaped void in their life, good news: Season 2 isn’t that far away.

It’s been a rough couple weeks for fashion brands. No, we’re not referring to *gestures broadly at everything* or the Reformation controversy (though, that was also a thing). We’re talking about the frankly baffling Hunger Games x Shein collab. Last month, the e-commerce giant and Lionsgate announced a limited-edition capsule collection that would allow fans of the dystopian YA franchise “to express their connection to the story in a stylish and meaningful way” — which, in an era of Nosferatu-inspired coffin beds and Wicked-themed luggage, almost makes sense, especially with the success of the recently released prequel. But as the internet quickly pointed out: Partnering with a fast-fashion brand that has a, to put it mildly, questionable labor track record to promote a book series critiquing wealth inequality, government control, and performative excess? Well, that’s a level of irony even the Capitol would find cringe. Nevertheless, the merch rolled out, and it includes $6 “Capitol Couture” crop tops and crewnecks stamped with “The World Will Be Watching.” (Correct, a tagline meant to evoke fear and control is now reduced to cozy loungewear.) Something tells us Suzanne Collins won’t be decking herself out in this.

Buckle up, because after a long two-year wait, The Last of Us returns tonight at 9 pm ET. In season 2 of HBO’s postapocalyptic drama, Hollywood’s Most Chaotic Coffee Drinker (that’d be Pedro Pascal) and Bella Ramsey return as Joel and Ellie, the surrogate father and daughter who somehow survived endless peril, a deadly pandemic, and nightmare-worthy, zombielike mushroom men. Now, it’s five years after Joel chose to save Ellie’s life at the expense of a potentially world-saving cure (click here for a full recap), and the two have settled down in Jackson, WY, where they’re forced to reckon with the brutal choices they’ve made. While we don’t know exactly what’ll unfold (the show’s creators have said they didn’t stay faithful to the video game), we can safely expect more mushroom madness, impressive special effects, and several new faces (including Kaitlyn Dever, Jeffrey Wright, and Catherine O’Hara). Game on.

You don’t need to spend a ton of money on T-shirts ever, but especially now. We’ve long been fans of this Old Navy tee, and the fact that it’s $14.99 (but is often on sale for even less) is just an added bonus. It has a tight-but-not-compressive fit (ideal for tucking in or layering) and is just barely cropped. Plus, we love the elevated ribbed fabric, the excellent size range (XXS to 4X, as well as tall and petite), and that it comes in pretty much every color, including white, black, and butter yellow — which is indeed everywhere.
